Why is it called 7 Minute AI?
Twenty years ago, founder Allyson Lewis built a company on a simple idea: if you spend just 7 minutes a day planning what matters most, your whole day changes. That idea became The 7 Minute Life, five books, and decades of teaching time management to professionals across the country.
7 Minute AI carries that idea forward. AI is the biggest time-saving tool of our generation — but saved time is only valuable if you know what to do with it.
So we help companies remove wasted work, and give people those hours back for the things only humans can do: judgment, relationships, and the work that matters.
