AI Advisor
Ongoing AI leadership without the full-time hire.
The AI Advisor is a fractional partner who owns your AI program — prioritization, guardrails, workflows, and what to fund next. Monthly strategic sessions. Hands-on working time inside your program. Direct access between sessions. A quarterly brief on what’s worth paying attention to.
A 7 Minute AI service. Founded by Allyson Lewis. 30+ years in financial services. Appointed by Governor Sanders to the Arkansas AI Center of Excellence Task Force.

The Frame
AI is not a project. It’s a program that runs.
A Sprint or a Build delivers tools, training, and systems. What it doesn’t deliver is the steady hand on the program after it goes live. New hires need onboarding. New tools come out. The market shifts. Your team runs into questions the existing tools don’t answer. A program without direction drifts. A program with direction compounds.
The Advisor is the relationship that keeps the program moving.
Most companies that bring on the Advisor have already done implementation work with us. They finished a Sprint or a Build. The systems are running. The team is trained. The question becomes how to keep the program healthy. Some companies start cold — they want senior AI leadership without hiring a full-time Chief AI Officer. The Advisor serves both.
The Engagement
What the Advisor includes.
Five things, every month. Approximately six to eight hours of direct working time, plus async access and quarterly artifacts. Designed to keep your AI program moving without requiring a full-time hire.
1
A 90-minute monthly strategic session.
Your Advisor and your leadership team. Program review. New tool evaluation. Decisions on what to build next, what to shelve, what to retire. Planning for the next thirty days. Recorded if you want a record.
2
Up to four hours of hands-on working time.
Time spent building new AI tools, adjusting existing ones, troubleshooting with your champions, and onboarding new staff onto the systems already in place. The working time is what keeps the program operational between strategic sessions.
3
Direct async access.
Email or Slack. Questions answered within one business day. The questions that come up at 3 PM on a Tuesday don’t need to wait for the next monthly session.
4
A quarterly written AI brief.
Four times a year. What changed in the AI world. What’s worth paying attention to. What to ignore. Written for executives, not engineers. Your team stops trying to read every announcement and starts trusting one source.
5
New staff onboarding support.
When a new champion or team member joins, we help train them on the systems already in place. The program doesn’t lose ground every time someone leaves.
Getting Started
How the relationship begins.
STEP 01
01
Learn about your business.
We review your current tools, team, rules, goals, and documents. This helps us spend our time on the right problems from the beginning.
STEP 02
02
Choose the first priorities.
Your leaders choose what to move forward, pause, or stop. The included work time is spent on the approved task with the greatest value.
STEP 03
03
Build a steady routine.
Each month, we meet, answer questions between meetings, and complete approved work. Every three months, you receive a written update about what has changed and what deserves attention. At planned check-in points, you decide whether to continue or end the work. Either choice is a good outcome.
The Fit
Who this fits.
This fits if
You want senior AI leadership without committing to a full-time hire. The Advisor is the right shape when you need direction at the leadership level but not a member of staff.
You completed a Sprint or Build with us and want continuity instead of a fresh vendor every time the program needs attention.
Your assessment recommended steady direction and ongoing support rather than a major rollout right now.
You want a real partner who knows your business, not a generalist advisor catching up from scratch every quarter.
This isn’t the fit if
You want a one-time engagement with a clean end date. The Sprint or Build is for that. The Advisor is the ongoing relationship.
You expect daily availability or full-time presence. The Advisor is fractional. Five things per month, plus async access. Not a member of your staff.
You’re looking for the cheapest ongoing AI support available. The Advisor is priced for senior strategic direction with hands-on capacity, not a junior support contract.
You haven’t decided whether AI is a priority for your business yet. The Advisor is for companies that have already decided. If you’re earlier in the process, start with a Needs Assessment.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What if we need more than four hours of working time in a given month?
Additional hours are billed at the prevailing rate. Most months stay inside the included envelope. If a month requires significantly more, we surface it in the strategic session and decide together.
Can we add additional team members to the strategic sessions?
Yes. The session is for your leadership team. Add the people who need to be in the room.
What happens if our priorities shift mid-engagement?
The monthly session is built to absorb that. Priorities shift constantly. The Advisor’s job is to keep the program aligned with where the business is going, not where it was when we started.
Can we pause the engagement for parental leave, leadership transition, or budget cycle reasons?
Yes. Real businesses have real interruptions. We’ll work out a pause that respects both sides.
What if we hire a full-time AI lead during the engagement?
Good. That’s a healthy outcome for many programs. The Advisor can transition into a support role for the new hire or close cleanly. Either is a real ending.
