AI Build · Phase Two · Infrastructure
The work that runs while your team is sleeping.
Custom AI tools built for your highest-volume work. Systems that answer customer demand around the clock. One place where all your business information lives. Scoped from the Needs Assessment. Priced between $50,000 and $100,000. You see the full price before work begins.
The Frame
The Implementation service puts AI in your team’s hands. The Build puts AI behind your operation.
Custom tools that automate work taking days and turn it into work that runs on its own. Systems that answer a website lead at 10 PM so the sale isn’t lost by Monday morning. All your customer, sales, and operations information pulled into one place you can see and act on. Not every business needs a Build. The ones that do know it.
The Fit
The Build is for businesses where the math justifies the system.
A Build is real money. Fifty to a hundred thousand dollars, depending on scope. It is not the right starting point for most companies, and it is not the right answer for most opportunities the assessment surfaces. The Build is for the specific situation where a system pays for itself. High-volume repeating work that consumes hundreds of hours a year. Customer demand outside business hours that nobody is responding to. Information trapped in systems that don’t talk to each other, costing your team time every day.
When the assessment finds work like that and the math justifies the system, the Build is what you build. The assessment tells you whether your business has work the Build is built for. If it doesn’t, we tell you that, and you spend your money somewhere else.
What gets built
What the Build builds.
Three categories. Scoped from the assessment. The final list depends on your business.
01
Custom automated work.
A process that used to consume days runs on its own. Routing leads to the right salesperson based on territory and history. Processing documents that come in by email, pulling out the data, filing them where they belong. Generating reports that used to take a person an afternoon. Keeping your systems in sync so your team isn’t entering the same information twice. The exact list depends on what the assessment found. The work that gets automated is the work eating the most hours.
02
AI that works around the clock.
A website lead that comes in at 10 PM gets a real answer before Monday morning. A customer asking a question after hours gets a response that handles ninety percent of what they need. A system that pulls the right answer out of years of company documents in seconds, so your team stops searching and starts working. A sales intake system that qualifies leads in real time and routes the ones worth pursuing. Work that used to wait for a person now happens when the person isn’t there.
03
All your business information in one place.
Sales, operations, finance, and customer information pulled together into one system you can read and act on. Dashboards built for the questions you actually ask, not the ones a generic dashboard tool thinks you should ask. Reports that show you what changed since last quarter and why. Predictive analysis where the numbers warrant it. The point is one view, not five tabs.
In practice
What this looks like in real businesses.
Three short examples. Real situations, drawn from real assessments. Names withheld. The scope of every Build depends on the assessment.
01
Bid response in a day instead of a week.
A regional cement company was losing bids because their response time couldn’t keep up with the volume. Their team was assembling each bid by hand from scratch, and the work was eating the senior estimator’s calendar. The Build automated the bid response process. The system pulls historical pricing, pulls current input costs, drafts the bid in the company’s format, and routes it to the estimator for review. Bids that took a week now take a day. The estimator spends his time on the bids worth winning, not on the formatting.
02
Website leads answered at 10 PM, not Monday morning.
A dealership was losing six-figure annual revenue because website leads coming in after hours were sitting in an inbox until Monday. By Monday, half of those buyers had already been to a competitor. The Build deployed a system that answers website leads in real time, twenty-four hours a day, with information specific to the dealership’s inventory and pricing. Leads that used to go cold by Monday morning are now in active conversation by 10:15 PM Friday night.
03
Research that used to take a day, in seconds.
A financial services firm had a research problem. Every client question that required pulling from past communications, account history, and external research took an advisor most of an afternoon. The Build connected the firm’s client information, document archive, and approved research sources into one system. An advisor asks a question. The system pulls the answer, with citations, in seconds. The advisor reviews and sends. What used to take an afternoon takes ten minutes.
Who it fits
Who this fits.
This fits if
Your assessment identified high-volume repeating work, after-hours customer demand, or trapped information that’s costing real money.
The math works. The cost of the Build is justified by the value of the work it produces or the cost it removes.
You have a business leader who can define what questions the system should answer and what work it should handle.
You’re investing in systems that run in the background, not just tools your team uses.
This isn’t the fit if
You haven’t completed a Needs Assessment yet. The Build is scoped from the assessment. Without it, we’d be building on guesswork.
Your highest-value AI opportunity is training your team, not automating work. That’s the 90-Day AI Accelerator.
Your business doesn’t have the volume of repeating work, after-hours demand, or trapped information that justifies a system. Most businesses don’t, and that’s fine.
You want a quick deployment in two to four weeks. The Build takes longer because the work is real infrastructure, not a tool install.
PRICING
$50K–$100K
Scoped by statement of work based on what the Needs Assessment found. You see the full price, the full scope, and the timeline before work begins. No surprises after.
Smaller scopes (one or two automated processes) land near $50K
Larger scopes (multiple processes, 24/7 systems, unified data) land toward $100K
Platform and tool costs quoted separately
Full scope and timeline before any money changes hands
The Path
The Build inside the four-service path.
The Build is one of three Phase 2 options recommended by the assessment. Some clients run the Build alone because the assessment surfaced systems work as the priority. Some run the Accelerator and a Build together, training the team on tools while systems get built behind them. Some run the Build first and add the Advisor retainer afterward to keep direction clear as the systems run.
Needs Assessment
$5,000

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Do we have to do the Needs Assessment first?
Yes. The Build is scoped from what the assessment found. Without it, we’d be building on guesswork — and a Build is too much money to start on guesswork.
How long does a Build take?
Most Builds run several months from scope to deployment, depending on what’s being built. We’ll give you a full timeline with the statement of work before any money changes hands.
What’s included in the price and what’s not?
The price covers scoping, building, integration, and handoff. Platform and tool costs (LLM usage, hosting, third-party APIs) are quoted separately so you know exactly what you’re paying for and why.
What happens after the Build is live?
You own the system. Many clients add the AI Advisor retainer afterward to keep the program running, onboard new staff, and add new tools as the business grows.
What if the assessment shows the Build isn’t right for us?
Then we tell you that, and you spend your money somewhere else. The assessment exists to give you a real answer, not to sell the Build.

A free discovery meeting. We learn your business. You decide if we’re a fit. If we are, we scope the Needs Assessment and go from there. The Build comes after the assessment, only if the assessment shows it’s the right move. No obligation at any point beyond the work you’ve agreed to.
