Speaking, keynotes, breakouts, and training sessions

Speaking, keynotes, breakouts.

Allyson Lewis delivers practical AI sessions for organizations that need the topic explained clearly, credibly, and in a way the room can connect to real work. The session may be a keynote, breakout, workshop, staff training, leadership session, or professional development event. The format can change. The goal stays the same.

The event buyer question

You are not just booking an AI topic.

You are choosing someone to stand in front of your audience. That decision matters. Some AI sessions are too technical. Some stay too shallow. Some are mostly tool demos. Your audience needs a speaker who can explain AI clearly, respect the people in the room, and connect the topic to work they actually recognize.

Clear enough for non-technical audiences.

The session should make AI understandable without flattening the topic.

Useful enough for busy professionals.

People should leave with examples, language, and next steps they can use.

Credible enough for leaders.

The speaker should bring judgment, experience, and business context.

Flexible enough for your room.

The content should fit your industry, audience, format, and event goal.

Session themes

The session is customized, but the starting themes are grounded in real work.

These themes give event buyers a practical starting point. The final session is shaped through discovery.

01

Beyond ChatGPT

What AI means for daily work, communication, planning, research, and productivity.

02

From Prompts to Workflows

How people move from one-off prompts into repeatable AI-supported work.

03

AI for Leaders

How leaders can think about AI without getting lost in jargon, tools, or overbuilt plans.

04

Industry-Specific AI

Examples for associations, regional groups, companies, nonprofits, municipalities, and professional audiences.

05

Hands-On AI

Training-style sessions where the room practices with examples tied to their roles.

Formats

One customized session, three common formats.

Each engagement is shaped around your audience, your industry, and the outcome you want the event to support.

60 minutes

Keynote

The main-stage session for plenary, keynote, leadership, and all-hands settings. Best when the audience needs shared language and a clear place to begin.

Up to 4 hours

Breakout

A deeper working session for a smaller group. Best for attendees who want more applied examples, discussion, and practical next steps.

Up to 4 hours

Training Session

A hands-on working session with real AI practice. Best for teams, associations, or professional groups ready to apply AI inside familiar work.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How far in advance should we book?

Most engagements are booked 6–10 weeks in advance. Earlier is better for keynotes tied to a specific event date. Shorter notice can work when the calendar allows.

Do you customize the session?

Yes. Every session is built around your event, audience, industry, format, and outcome — starting from the session themes and shaped through a discovery call.

Do you record the session?

Some engagements allow recording, depending on venue and audience agreements. Let us know your recording needs during the discovery call and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

What are your A/V requirements?

Standard keynote A/V: projector or screen, wireless mic, and a laptop connection. We’ll send a simple requirements sheet after booking so your venue team has everything upfront.

Do you provide a handout or resource?

Yes, a follow-up handout is included with most engagements — especially virtual sessions — so attendees leave with something they can use after the room empties.

Can this be delivered virtually?

Yes — virtual sessions run over Zoom with the same customized content and preparation as the live session, at accessible rates scoped to the event. Inquire for a quote.
